Art comes in many forms and each piece has a specific intention. Every place people go there is public art. The source of public art ranges from well-known artists to those who are trying to get their work out into the community. One piece in particular is Louise Nevelson’s Transparent Horizon, which sits on the Massachusetts Institute of Technology campus. Memorials, fountains, sculptures, and person playing the guitar, art is there but how closely are people paying attention?
